PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Internal Logistics Coordinator will be in-charge of a team of Logistic operators (Alstom employees or external provider), taking care of the execution, physically and in the information system, of the counts & movements of materials required. Internal movement of LOCO will also be in the profile.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan & Manage Material Receipt and Inbound Transportation
- Plan & Manage Stock Entry
- Manage Line Feeding
- Plan & Manage Packing, Shipping and Outbound Transportation
- Manage Inventory Accuracy & Integrity
- Manage Scrap
- Métier Internal Standards / Identify Needs & Define Requirements for Internal Standards, Define, Improve & Validate Internal Standards, Manage Internal Standards Deployment
- Métier External Standards / Identify Needs & Define Requirements, Contribute to External Standards Definition, Improvement & Validation, Manage Impact of External Standards on Processes & Tools, Manage External Standards & Regulations Deployment
- Métier Human Resources / Manage Jobs & Skills, Training & Qualification, Workforce, Staffing & organization
- Métier Performance / Collect Site or Country Monthly KPIs, Manage Site or Country Improvement Action Plan, Review Site or Country Monthly KPIs
- Teco, Network Consumption, WIP inventory check, Storage location 0002 inventory mapping, TR & TO analysis...
- COGI, MAster data updates, repair order checks & timely closure of it...
- Plan vs Actual mapping as per MPS plan, invoice clearances in DIP, Supply of material as per MPS
- Ensure operations are executed in an environment that complies with Alstom Health, Safety and Environmental policies
QUALIFICATION & COMPETENCIES - Expected Level
QUALIFICATION: (to be filled for Job offer): B. Tech / B.E. / MBA in SCM or Logistics
Languages: English & Hindi
Mandatory experiences:
Graduate in any Field/Engineering with 5+ yrs or Diploma in Engineering with 5+ yrs with 2yrs SAP (PP/MM/WM) working experience or equivelent
Railways industry candidates will get additional weightage
