Could you be the full-time Internal Logistics Coordinator in Madhepura we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive logistics and supply chain management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, proactive, and collaborative teammates.

You'll ensure the seamless execution of material counts, movements, and internal transportation of LOCO, directly impacting our operational efficiency. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (SCM Team, Production, Quality, Maintenance), manage inventory accuracy, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of planning and managing material receipt, stock entry, line feeding, packing, shipping, and outbound transportation, but also maintain the integrity of inventory processes.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Planning and managing stock entry and material receipt

  • Coordinating line feeding and internal movement of LOCO

  • Overseeing packing, shipping, and outbound transportation

  • Ensuring inventory accuracy and managing scrap

  • Adhering to and improving internal and external logistics standards

  • Contributing to team management and performance analysis

  • Degree in B. Tech/B.E./MBA in SCM or Logistics

  • Minimum 5 years' Experience of logistics operations and supply chain management

  • Experience in Line Feeding, Continuous flow of Materials from Inventory to Shop Floor.

  • Knowledge of Lean Management and EHS Culture

  • Familiarity with supply chain information systems

  • Knowledge on SAP (MM/PP/WM).

  • Proven leadership and proactive problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
