Could you be the full-time Industrial Quality Engineer in Madhepura we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your quality and manufacturing expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.
You'll ensure product compliance and contribute to the continuous improvement of quality levels. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Manufacturing, Industrial, Testing, Engineering), support the manufacturing team to achieve "First Time Right," and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of deploying quality standards in line with Alstom systems and ensuring products meet specifications, but also problem-solving with responsiveness and effectiveness.
We’ll look to you for:

Guaranteeing the conformity of products manufactured as per specifications

Respecting quality standards and processes (e.g., control plans, control sheets)
-
Problem-solving with agility and efficiency
-
Deploying and maintaining quality standards aligned with Alstom systems
-
Supporting the manufacturing team to achieve "First Time Right"
-
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

Degree with 3-7 years of experience in the automobile or railway industry

Experience or understanding of assembly processes

Knowledge of quality tools such as Kaizen, Poka Yoke, ISO/TS, and PFMEA
-
Familiarity with problem-solving tools

A background in process/plant quality, working alongside manufacturing teams
-
Understanding of engineering drawings, history books/log books/checksheets
-
Proficiency in English language
-
Proficiency in IT tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP
-
Knowledge of Catia, MiniTab, and SAP ERP (an added advantage)
