Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive industrial engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and solution-oriented teammates.

You'll organize co-engineering and industrial development to ensure optimized product and process designs for manufacturability. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Manufacturing, PME, Maintenance), ensure the transferability of industrial activities using standard processes, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of managing Special Processes and critical operations regarding product safety and reliability, but also drive continuous improvement actions and support production.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensuring industrial assumptions are aligned with our standards during the tender phase

  • Validating industrial costs and quotations

  • Implementing standard processes and product solutions during project execution

  • Optimizing lead time and quality of development through co-engineering

  • Managing staff capacity and competencies, workload, and EHS requirements

  • Participating in the Industrial Director Networks and contributing to standards improvement


All about you

  • Degree in Engineering

  • Management skills and a minimum of 10 years of industrial experience, preferably in the railway industry

  • Technical experience in Process Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, and manufacturing work instructions

  • Familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP

  • Understanding of Quality and Health & Safety standards and systems

  • Effective communication skills in English and Hindi

  • Decisiveness and the ability to coach others
