Key accountabilities
The Indirect Tax Analyst is a member of the Tax team. She/he will provide tax support to the site for day to day operation based on applicable legislations & regulations of the relevant jurisdictions, and in line with the sector transfer pricing policy. It includes all types of indirect taxes (GST, Custom, etc.) The Indirect Tax Analyst will further assist during the execution of the project in order to allow smooth implementation of tax recommendations and proper corresponding tax compliance (incl. audits). The tax advisor shall as well animate/co-animate internal tax training sessions.
- Day to Day tax related activities like Tax records maintenance, Tax filing, etc
- Partnering with business to set up an effective governance for Tax Compliance
- Provide support in the course of audits (Internal, Statutory, tax, etc)
- Supporting book closing and budget exercises for business segments
- Coordinating and preparing for periodic MIS for reviews
- Monthly forecasting of Other Cash in and Other Cash out
- Balance sheet cleaning activities (Tax related GLs)
- Identifies new areas of improvement on Tax Compliance
- Participate to tax education of other Sector professionals
- Go deep into selected matters & drill-down into a specific issue until full resolution of it.

Requirement:
- CA/CMA/Tax qualification
- 3 – 10 years of experience of Indirect Tax Management
- Indirect Tax Compliance and liasoning with Tax authorities
- A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Flexibility and adaptability to dynamic business needs
- Organised, detail oriented and excellent numeracy skills
- Language and Communication skill
