Could you be the full-time Production Unit Manager in [LOCATION] we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and leadership expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and solution-oriented teammates.

You'll enforce safety rules and maintain production means in good working order, ensuring our teams operate in a secure environment. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Control, etc.), drive autonomous teams to meet production planning, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of analyzing accidents and ensuring that action plans are implemented, but also optimize resource allocation and manage budgets.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Enforcing environment, health, and safety standards

  • Ensuring production quality meets customer requirements

  • Driving the work of autonomous teams to comply with production planning

  • Optimizing costs and managing the monthly cost base

  • Leading continuous improvement of processes and team performance

  • Developing individual and team competencies and performance


All about you

  • Degree in BE/B Tech

  • Experience or understanding of the Heavy Engineering Industry, preferably in the train industry

  • Knowledge of production processes including assembly, looming, welding, painting, etc.

  • Familiarity with visual management and PDCA methodology

  • Proficiency in English and Hindi

  • Basic IT skills

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities
