Could you be the full-time APSYS Leader in Madhepura we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic transformation and continuous improvement expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.

You'll drive and coordinate the APSYS (Alstom Performance System) roadmap locally, ensuring operational performance and the development of best practices. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Quality & CI, site management teams), train and support departments in APSYS deployment, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of facilitating improvement actions to meet APSYS targets, consolidating self-assessment and APSYS assessment preparation, but also participating in APSYS network events and sharing best practices.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Working with the Site Managing Director on strategic transformation using site SQCD objectives and APSYS roadmap

  • Training people on the APSYS program, methodologies, and tools

  • Supporting each department in APSYS deployment with on-field expertise

  • Facilitating and coordinating all improvement actions to reach APSYS targets

  • Consolidating and reporting deployment status to the Managing Director and APSYS Central team

  • Performing APSYS assessments in other sites/projects


All about you

  • Bachelor’s degree in any engineering field

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Lean Management, Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement preferably from Railway or Automotive Industry

  • Knowledge on SAP, Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Lean tools

  • Knowledge of lean principles (5S, Standard, Gemba, VSM, problem-solving, kaizen)

  • Understanding of managing committee operations and senior project management

  • Familiarity with operational activities and a results-driven approach

  • A certification in lean management or continuous improvement methodologies is advantageous

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage cross-cultural relationships

  • Collaboration, team working, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
