Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive facility management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, skilled, and innovative teammates. You'll ensure that Alstom upholds our commitments to safety, asset stewardship, reliability, and cost-effectiveness in managing facilities equipment at the Authority’s (SCRRA) commuter rail maintenance facilities. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project & Bid Management, Engineering, Customer Service), supervise custodial and maintenance personnel, plan maintenance schedules, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:

Ensuring that Alstom meets client commitments as well as asset management commitments of safety, asset stewardship, reliability, and cost for facilities equipment located at the Authority’s (SCRRA) commuter rail maintenance facilities, layover facilities, and associated systems,

Planning daily activities and scheduling maintenance assignments for preventive and corrective maintenance of the SCRRA train maintenance facility and station,

Coordinating the work schedules for the facilities maintenance team,

Developing and enforcing facility operations policies and procedures,
-
Coordinating routine inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations,

Managing the inventory of equipment and supplies needed for facility operations

Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field,

Experience or understanding of facility operations and maintenance within a rail or transportation environment,

Knowledge of maintenance practices for electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems,
-
Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations compliance,
-
Possessing a Class B - General Building Contractor license in California,
-
Experience in managing general construction projects and providing technical oversight

Salary Range:
$70,400 - $103,180/annually
