Providing field safety oversight of operations, maintenance, and contractor activities to ensure safe execution of work.

Leading and supporting incident, accident, and near-miss investigations, and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
-
Conducting hazard identification, risk assessments, and safety analyses to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
-
Monitoring compliance with CPUC, OSHA, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Coordinating with regulatory agencies, including CPUC, and supporting audits, inspections, and reporting requirements.
-
Analyzing safety performance data, trends, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
-
Providing safety training, coaching, and awareness programs to employees and contractors.
