Your role, Your impact
- Lead and manage the Product Introduction (PI) Customer Site team, overseeing warranty implementation, troubleshooting, and field modifications.
- Ensure strict application of Environment Health & Safety (EHS) and security rules on customer sites, prioritizing safety and compliance.
- Drive commissioning execution and deliver project commitments on time, maximizing results in line with contractual and customer expectations.
- Coordinate fleet checks, manage defect/failure reporting, and support reliability growth through effective collaboration with interface teams.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, identifying upsell opportunities and supporting project management initiatives.
What you bring
- Proven experience in technical project execution, field troubleshooting, and commissioning within rail or similar industries.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing high-performing teams and building sustainable, trust-based relationships.
- Strong customer-centric mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Openness to change, adaptability, and the courage to drive transformation and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and align teams toward shared goals.
How success is measured
- Zero deviation in EHS compliance and achievement of contractual availability milestones.
- Timely containment and resolution of technical issues, with transparent reporting of project progress and KPIs.
- Positive customer satisfaction survey results and successful internal/external implementation audits.
