Could you be the full-time Manager of Business Administration in Los Angeles, CA we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your project management and administrative expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, detail-oriented, and innovative teammates.
You'll drive operational efficiency, support strategic goals, and contribute to organizational performance. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., project management, operations, finance), facilitate cross-functional coordination, and lead process improvement initiatives, among other responsibilities.
You’ll specifically take care of planning and executing cross-functional business projects, but also ensure alignment between business objectives and project outcomes.
We’ll look to you for:

Leading the end-to-end project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure

Defining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics

Facilitating project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications

Identifying inefficiencies and leading continuous improvement projects

Managing project budgets, tracking costs, and forecasting financial impact

Coordinating with external vendors, consultants, and service providers
-
Identifying project risks and developing mitigation plans
-
Participating in the preparation, administration, and implementation of contractual deliverables

Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience

2 years of experience as a contract or project manager

5 years of experience working as a business or administrative assistant

Strong project or contract management skills

Ability to manage contractual requirements and provide guidance to others

Proficient in English oral and written communication, with strong record-keeping ability

Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process optimization frameworks

Pay Range
$115,000 to $135,000 depending on experience/qualifications.
