Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive business administration expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, professional, and collaborative teammates. You'll lead the charge in ensuring the meticulous management of contract obligations, directly impacting the efficiency and success of our Project & Bid Management operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Operations, Maintenance, and Facilities), provide effective coordination and oversight for departmental work, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:

Effective coordination and oversight of departmental work to ensure successful contract service delivery,

Liaison with contracted staff for the execution of Contract Tasks,
-
Creation and implementation of standardized practices and procedures for contracted staff,
-
Participation in the preparation and administration of document creation and control,
-
Response to inquiries from staff, preparing data and information for timely responses

Degree in Transportation, Business, or a related field,

Experience or understanding of project or contract management,

Knowledge of best practices in business administration,

Familiarity with document creation, control, and implementation of contractual deliverables,

Strong oral and written communication skills in English

Salary Range for this Position is $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 depending on experience/qualifications.
