What You Bring

• Proficiency in maintenance management systems such as Maximo or SAP PM.
• Strong understanding of locomotive systems, including traction, braking, and control circuits.
• Experience applying Lean or Six Sigma principles to improve operational efficiency.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and maintenance documentation accurately.
• Commitment to safety leadership and mentoring within a workshop environment.
