Join us as ITC Signaling Engineer, and you’ll be looking at a career-defining role based in Los Angeles (CA), US.


Carry out test activities in a proper manner, according to the Test and Commissioning process. Conduct deep troubleshooting of systems and equipment to identify root cause of failures and integration issues, and identify/define containment and sustainable solution, with support of product engineers. Ensure that safety is enforced in all steps leading toward solution and during execution. Report all test and field work in timely manner. Able to record failures and NCR in the RTC database.




  • Work with test related documentation, such as control plan for testing, test instructions and test records etc.
  • Performs test activities and fill in test records.
  • Conducts troubleshooting during test and commissioning phases.
  • Participates in meetings regarding to test planning and test activities.
  • Meet scheduled requirements on own initiative and report when schedules are not achievable. Maintain an acceptable level of quality in performing assigned tasks. Inspect own work for accuracy, completeness and compliance to requirements.
  • Store and consolidate the test sheets in formal Test Reports. Follow and track the document lifecycle up to the date it was published in PDM.
  • Updating Test Excel KPIs.
  • Reports NCR to the project team through the RTC IBM database
  • Record detected faults and report any defects or deviations from the specification. Utilize experience, select the best means to inspect and test in the most efficient manner. Record inspection/test results and test configuration. Utilize engineering drawings, bill of material and technical specifications.




  • Engineering degree.
  • Minimum two years of experience as test engineer
  • Experience in signaling, preferrable in CBTC.
  • Specialized or cross-functional knowledge in telecommunications, server’s configuration, Network and RF.
