Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive project and bid management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and resourceful teammates. You'll lead the charge in ensuring a seamless transition to new Contract Services, upholding our commitment to excellence. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including safety, operations, and maintenance), develop and implement comprehensive mobilization plans, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:

Serving as Contractor’s liaison with the Authority, primarily its Contract,
-
Attendance at Authority Board meetings if required,
-
Participation in weekly mobilization status and progress meetings with key Authority staff,
-
Availability to consult with representatives of the Authority at other reasonable times,
-
Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to explain and present Safety Rules, regulations, and standards to others

Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation, Business Administration, Engineering, Construction, or related field—or equivalent experience.,

Experience or understanding of railroad operations, maintenance, contract and project management.,

Knowledge of Federal Regulations Parts 200-299, CPUC Regulations, and CAL/OSHA regulations.,
-
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to use these tools to establish key performance metrics.

Salary Range :
$108,000.00 to $162,000.00 depending on experience/qualifications.
