Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive project and bid management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and resourceful teammates. You'll lead the charge in ensuring a seamless transition to new Contract Services, upholding our commitment to excellence. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including safety, operations, and maintenance), develop and implement comprehensive mobilization plans, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

• Serving as Contractor’s liaison with the Authority, primarily its Contract,

• Attendance at Authority Board meetings if required,

• Participation in weekly mobilization status and progress meetings with key Authority staff,

• Availability to consult with representatives of the Authority at other reasonable times,

• Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to explain and present Safety Rules, regulations, and standards to others

• Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation, Business Administration, Engineering, Construction, or related field—or equivalent experience.,

• Experience or understanding of railroad operations, maintenance, contract and project management.,

• Knowledge of Federal Regulations Parts 200-299, CPUC Regulations, and CAL/OSHA regulations.,

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to use these tools to establish key performance metrics.

Salary Range : 

$108,000.00 to $162,000.00 depending on experience/qualifications.
