Your Role, Your Impact

  • Oversee scalable facility operations ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and maintenance teams to optimize resource utilization.
  • Implement reliability-centered maintenance programs using CMMS tools to minimize downtime.
  • Drive innovation in energy efficiency and sustainable building management systems.
  • Foster knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across facility management teams.

What You Bring

  • Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and asset tracking tools.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems in industrial environments.
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships and ensure contract compliance.
  • Commitment to sustainability and energy optimization initiatives.

Salary Range:

$98,480.00 to $130,000.00 depending on experience/qualifications.
