Employing 6,000 people across the UK and Ireland, we design, build and test trains at the UK’s largest end-to-end train manufacturing factory in Derby and operate major sites at Widnes, Crewe, Ilford and Plymouth, as well as 30 train services depots across the UK&I.

 

Your future role

Reporting to the GSI Site Project Manager or Regional Project Manager, you will oversee improving business adoption for GSI Core Model and its application landscape, before and during roll-out.

 

As Local Change Manager your will implement the Change Management methodology and execute, with the support of the roll-out project team, the local change management plan derived from it to ensure user adoption on your scope.

 

We’ll look to you for:

GSI Local Change Manager ensures business adoption during the GSI roll-out.

 

Change management ramp-up and network

•          Get to know the GSI Change Management methodology

•          Provide feedback to the Global Change Manager on the Change Management method and tools for continuous improvement

•          Contribute to the global GSI Change Management Network

 

 

Awareness and stakeholder engagement

•          Train site-Project team on change management methodology before rollout start

•          Identify the project stakeholders on site and the actions to keep them engaged during the project

•          Contribute to the Key Users identification and engagement

 

Change Management Methodology implementation

•          Perform an impact assessment with the key stakeholders to design the change management plan

•          Monitor the change management plan and update it if needed

•          Handle risk related to Change Management with site Project Manager and site Managing Director – setup and follow-up clear actions plan to catch-up when required

 

 

Communication

•          Adapt communication plan to the site specificities

•          Implement the communication plan with the support of site resources (HR, communication, management)

 

 

User Training

•          Adapt training methodology to the site specificities

•          Plan and organize the sessions with the support of the Key Users and other site resources

•          Support the Key users for the training’s delivery

 

Adoption

•          Implement business maturity assessments before, during and after GSI rollout

•          Track business adoption during project to ensure proper local ramp-up

 

Cut-over

•          Support Site PM in cut-over business activities definition, implementation and monitoring

 

Post-go live support

•          Define and implement hypercare support

•          Graduated with a master’s degree (engineering, business, etc.), you have more than 5 years of experience in Transformation Programs.

•          You are familiar with ERP deployments and process supported by the ERP Core Model

•          Fluent in English, you are eager to work with multiple stakeholders (Business/IS&T ; Central/Local ; Key User /Leadership Team)

•          Proven track records on working on multi-applicative environment

•          You demonstrate good communication, project management, and change management skills. You are result oriented and show intellectual curiosity and creativity.
