Our Burgundy site (650 employees), Alstom Le Creusot, is a center of excellence in the design and manufacture of bogies (frames, wheels, axles, brakes) for TGVs, trams, trains, metros in France and around the world .
The site is located in the heart of Burgundy, 1h20 from Paris and 40 minutes from Lyon (TGV).

 


Project Industrial and Transfer of Technology Manager H / F
Based in: Le Creusot

 

 

Purpose of the job :

In interface with Projects, Supply Chain, Industrialization, Production Quality, and receiver sites, the Project Industrial Manager manage his/her projects’ process manufacturing engineering and its start of production, inside or outside Le Creusot.

 

Objective of the mission :

  • To ensure the manufacturability of the project through co-engineering and application of metiers guidelines & standards.
  • To manage industrial functions during bogie manufacturing ramp-up
  • To manage Transfer of Technology in case of offshore production
  • To ensure industrials commitments respect (budgets, service rates

 

Main responsabilities :

  • To manage all industrial tasks with the project, ensure of their proper QCD (Quality, Cost and Delivery) execution such as industrial deliverables and gates progress, implementation of industrial means, industrialization and validation of manufacturing.
  • To lead co-engineering during the project/product development.
  • To arbitrate between Industrial metiers in case of disagreement and escalate if needed.
  • To ensure standards and rules application.
  • To promote, deploy and improve Industrial standards (methodology, product, process)
  • To manage industrial/manufacturing Risks and operational saving.
  • To build and share the industrial project ReX with Metiers.

 

Candidate requirement :

Graduate in engiennering or equivalent - Experience in Project Management and serial production industry, kwonlegde of railway industry - Fleunt in French and English

Team work - autonomy and functional management
