Could you be the full-time Requirements Management Engineer (RME) in LA ROCHELLE we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a cutting-edge and dynamic field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the delivered product meets contractual and stakeholder requirements, while managing configuration items and maintaining the integrity of the "As Sold" baseline. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including engineering teams (e.g., Train Performance Managers, Project Engineering Managers, Discipline Leaders), project actors, and external stakeholders such as customers and suppliers. You’ll also provide valuable support and training on the Requirements Management process, methodology, and tools, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of implementing global Requirements Management processes on tenders, execution contracts, and product development projects, but also support governance and coordination in complex projects.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Driving engineers in their requirements development activities

  • Ensuring the quality and consistency of data in the Requirements Management database

  • Managing requirements changes and configuration

  • Contributing to the Requirements Management Engineer (RME) network

  • Supporting the application of Configuration Baseline Missions & Trade-Off processes

  • Maintaining traceability from source requirements to supplier requirements


All about you

  • University degree in engineering

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in engineering

  • Practical experience working on projects at various stages of the project lifecycle

  • Experience utilizing database solutions for requirements management (e.g., DOORS)

  • Systems Engineering/Integration conceptual knowledge

  • Technical writing, requirement elicitation, and formalization skills

  • Good communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)

  • Experience working in teams across multiple sites and cultures
