Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in technical project management and supplier development in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, dynamic, and committed teammates.
You'll play a key role in delivering innovative solutions that meet specifications while adhering to defined quality processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with engineering, supplier management, and quality teams to ensure project success, provide critical technical contributions to strategic decisions, and promote the use of existing solutions from our catalog.
You’ll specifically take care of defining technical specifications for components (TPS) based on initial requirements, as well as validating supplier technical documentation and integrating it into the project baseline.
We’ll look to you for:

Managing supplier development in compliance with specifications and the DFQ process.

Providing technical inputs to define optimal trade-offs with SSM/SSL teams.

Promoting the use of catalog solutions.
-
Developing requirements to define component specifications following standard processes.

Conducting FMECA product analyses, if necessary.
-
Validating supplier engineering documentation and integrating it into the project database.

Preparing and analyzing supplier change requests and implementing accepted modifications.

Sharing feedback to improve processes.
-
Supporting MLE teams in implementing and updating technical risk mitigation plans, managing change orders, and resolving issues.

Collaborating with quality teams for FAI reviews and first mounting reviews (FMR).

Participating in simultaneous engineering workshops, as needed.

Selecting products in the diversity management tool (PLEiADE) with the TAM.

Evaluating technical aspects and contributing to the drafting of technical descriptions for tenders.

Degree in engineering or a related field.

Experience or understanding of technical project management processes and supplier development.

Knowledge of quality management processes such as DFQ and FMECA.

Familiarity with requirements management and technical specifications.

Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.

Analytical ability to assess the impact of technical changes.

Proficiency in technical data and process management tools (e.g., PLEiADE).
