RESPONSABILITIES :

  • Supply the needs of the Maintenance and Investments department.
    • Procurement requisitions for investments.
    • Formalize the need through a specification or specifications, request quotes, establish the comparison by looking for the best technical and financial solution, by systematically specifying the deadlines.
    • Ensure receipt of services and parts ordered and conduct the necessary actions on outstanding amounts.

 

  • Manage the warehouse and stock of maintenance parts and supplies.
    • Be the interlocutor for the search for parts
    • perform the entry/exit movements of the parts physically and electronically in the CMMS
    • Identify new items in accordance with the item coding procedure (family, attachment to equipment, price) and by defining minimum stocks
    • Check that deliveries comply with the specifications and receive them after verifying compliance with the request
    • Conduct warehouse inventory, and perform monthly inventory of critical parts
    • maintain a 3S level on the 5S grid both documentarily and physically:
      • propose the deletion of unused/unidentified/expired parts.
      • Optimize the physical organization of the store
      • Optimize stock.

 

  • Compile equipment files
    • Identify in CMMS the equipment acquired in compliance with the equipment coding procedure, for goods on investment.
    • Verify the presence and relevance of the documents provided to constitute the administrative regulatory file.
    • Establish the documentary file, classify it, physically and by computer attachment in CMMS.
    • Participate in periodic inventories of fixed assets.

 

 

DESIRED PROFILE:

  • DEP/DEC/AEC or certificate in administration, supply management or another related field.
  • Experience, 3 to 5 years, in a maintenance or procurement department.
  • Knowledge of maintenance vocabulary.
  • French mandatory, English functional.
  • Mastering of SAP ERP and CMMS software, an asset.
  • Be comfortable to use computer tools.
  • Be comfortable working on site.
