Responsibilities:
- Write technical requirements and design equipment maintenance sheets.
- Ensure the implementation of maintenance plans, the quality of the work carried out and the information provided.
- Propose actions to improve the reliability of equipment and optimize maintenance costs.
- Guarantee the safety of people, property and the environment, and ensure that maintenance activities are carried out according to the company's HSE standards.
- Profile the use and documentation of the CMMS (Maximo), and support its development with the aim of reducing breakdowns and unforeseen events for production.
- Support projects and initiatives related to improving asset maintenance and site maintenance operations.
- Participate in transversal actions such as continuous improvement, APSYS, SWIP, 5S
Required profile:
- Bachelor in mecanical or industrial engineering
- Fluent in French, functionnal English
- At least 5 years of experience in maintenance in the manufacturing industry
