Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and problem-solving expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside skilled and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of production equipment and machinery while adhering to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Maintenance Leads, Production Leads, Employee Relations), perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and contribute to energy efficiency and equipment reliability, among other responsibilities.
You’ll specifically take care of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, but also ensure proper documentation and spares management.
We’ll look to you for:

Understanding and following AZDP and associated standards
-
Attending to breakdowns, servicing, overhauling, and repairing production and associated equipment
-
Collating and recording energy meter readings
-
Maintaining records of breakdowns and spares consumed
-
Organizing and maintaining spares, including stock management
-
Ensuring 5S compliance in the work area
-
Operating PDB, MCCB DBs, lighting DBs, and performing changeovers
-
Operating DG, compressors, and other utility equipment
-
Performing corrective, preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance
-
Operating basic equipment such as EOT cranes

ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
-
Experience in electrical maintenance within medium or heavy industries
-
West Bengal Government-approved Electrical Supervisor/Wireman License
-
Knowledge of AZDP standards, including electrical safety, LOTO, work at height, and permit-to-work procedures
-
Experience with contactors, relays, drives, MPCBs, MCCBs, and circuit breakers
-
Hands-on experience with CNC hydraulic press and hydraulic circuits
-
Maintenance experience with laser cutting machines, VMCs, and EOT cranes
-
Preferably experienced in maintaining material handling equipment (forklifts, combilifts, etc.), paint booths, pumps, shot-blasting machines, and welding machines

Understanding of electrical devices such as star-delta starters, induction motors, electromagnetic brakes, load cells, isolation transformers, and stabilizers
-
Knowledge of current transformers, voltage transformers, VCBs, ACBs, and current measurement techniques

Assembly and dismantling of machines and equipment, as well as fabrication work like welding and gas cutting
