Could you be the full-time Supplier Quality Serial Life Engineer in our dynamic team we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your quality assurance and engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and collaborative teammates.

You'll ensure the highest standards of quality assurance with our suppliers, impacting the reliability and efficiency of our products. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Procurement, Industrial Organization, Supply Chain), manage Non-Conformity Reports, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of performing inspections for low-critical parts, managing quality performance of assigned suppliers, and leading incoming inspection activities when appointed.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Applying and deploying Serial Supplier Quality Assurance policy in collaboration with Procurement

  • Managing Non-Conformity Report day-to-day operations and Supplier performance

  • Performing inspections for low-critical parts

  • Leading incoming inspection activities as the appointed SQ inspection leader for the site

  • Managing Quality performance of assigned Suppliers

  • Ensuring compliance of purchased products and parts delivered to Alstom facilities

  • Degree in Quality, Engineering, or equivalent

  • Experience or understanding of Quality Assurance in a manufacturing or production environment

  • Knowledge of technical fields and supplier qualification standards (ISO, ASME, IRIS, etc.)

  • Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP

  • A certification in Quality Management or related field.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in 8D Methodology

  • Collaborative, persuasive, and resilient attributes
