Performance Measurement
• On-time delivery of measurement devices to customer
• Customer satisfaction
• On-time delivery calibration

Responsibilities

• Maintain, verify and repair measuring devices
• Manage the park of devices
• Provide technical assistance to the users
• Follow the market evolutions
• Organize and follow the services carried out by metrology’s suppliers and subcontractor
• Conduct and guarantee calibration results and reports
• Know and guarantee the uncertainties of measure
• Master and apply the quality requirements of metrology standards
• Capture customer needs and key requirements
• Contribute to the elaboration of the investment plan
• Apply EHS processes, standards and contribute to continuous improvement
• Contribute to continuous improvement (Return on Experience, process …)
