Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your industrial quality expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring external demerits are reduced to zero for our customers and in improving industrial quality performance, especially in special processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., industrial teams, digital tool specialists), develop and deploy quality standards and tools, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of managing quality activities related to digital tools like GSI (Global Single Instance) & AOS (Advanced Operation System), but also deliver industrial quality standard training.
We’ll look to you for:

Managing Industrial Quality Methods & Tools activities, including processes and performance

Developing and deploying processes, tools, and quality standards (e.g., Quality Control Plan) with industrial teams

Ensuring detection improvements through innovative digital tool implementation
-
Developing Standard Quality Boards
-
Managing activities related to car history books (traceability, configuration, etc.)

Defining workstation audit planning, ensuring adherence, and building improvement plans at the site level

Accountability for MMD (Monitoring & Measuring Device) and material testing activities, as applicable

Driving APSYS improvement plans for Industrial Quality requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, material, ECE…) or equivalent

Ability to read drawings/specifications and familiarity with a variety of test equipment

Experience in managing quality tools (e.g., problem-solving, Lean Six Sigma)

Advocacy for and leveraging of digital capabilities
-
Processes knowledge on quality and at the industrial level

Emerging management experience
-
Knowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO9001, IRIS, CMMI) and quality tools

Technical mastery of railway products
-
Ability to work in a matrix organization

International mindset and fluency in English
