Could you be the full-time EPU Manager in Kolkata we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in ERP implementation and business processes in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside proactive and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a critical role in implementing Alstom’s Global Single Instance (GSI) Core Model, ensuring that ERP processes are correctly adopted and optimized. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as engineering, operations, and IT), lead data cleansing operations, and provide training for end-users and newcomers on processes, business rules, and tools.
You’ll specifically take care of testing new functionalities and preparing data for migration, but also supporting end-users post-Go Live.
We’ll look to you for:

Providing in-depth knowledge of local business processes

Leading data cleansing, validation, and migration efforts

Testing new functionalities and addressing incidents or defects

Communicating process changes to local management and end-users
-
Developing and delivering training materials for end-users

Contributing to the cutover plan and its execution

Ensuring business roles are correctly defined with needed authorizations

Supporting functional stream continuous improvement by sharing best practices

A graduate degree or extensive experience in a relevant stream such as engineering

Extensive knowledge of local business processes

Experience in ERP implementation (4–5 years preferred)

Knowledge of Alstom’s business and product lines

Continuous improvement awareness

Experience in end-user training

Proficiency in English for daily communication (speaking, reading, and writing)

Strong analytical skills

Project management or change management experience

Ability to work in a multicultural environment
