Could you be the full-time Customer Service Officer & Customer Service Leader (SC-CS-11) in [LOCATION] we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your customer service and supply chain expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside proactive and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a key role in improving the customer experience for Parts, Repairs, and Overhaul. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Business Development, Sales, Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance), manage end-to-end relationships with customers, and ensure smooth delivery of parts and repairs from quotation to payment clearance.
You’ll specifically take care of managing inquiries and sales orders, but also oversee delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
We’ll look to you for:

Managing customer relationships for Parts & Repairs sales

Handling requests for quotations and ensuring timely responses

Coordinating with internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries

Overseeing payment clearance processes

Monitoring customer delivery performance
-
Supporting demand management and materials planning

Degree in Business Administration or a comparable field

Experience of at least 2 years in Customer Service or Supply Chain

Knowledgeable in SAP Sales Delivery module

Local language skills matching the customer portfolio

Familiarity with SAP Material Management module and E-Commerce applications (desirable)

Strong customer relationship management skills

Proficiency in supply chain information systems and transport/distribution processes
