Accountability & Authorities

  • Manage site IQ activities : Budget, People, Process & Performance
  • Lead APSYS (Alstom Production System) improvement plan for Industrial Quality requirements (Q09 to Q13 items)
  • Ensure regular Process FMEA, Adapted Control Plan & Quality Control Plan update to improve Zero Defect objective, especially for Special Processes
  • Ensure Digitalization of Controls & Processes using innovations
  • Perform analysis at site level to improve Industrial Quality Performance
  • Escalade the main anomalies detected on the production lines at site level & ensure their effective treatment (Problem Solving tools).
  • Support decision for all Hand Overs (GO / NO GO) & NO GO Veto Right in any case
  • Stop the production if needed for mandatory reason (e.g. Safety impact needed rework)
  • Lead quality animation methodology deployment, in line with Continuous Improvement system
  • Manage & develop the industrial quality team, using Quality Academy process & yearly training / qualification plan

 

Performance measurements

  • External Demerit, Defects per Unit & First Pass Yield reductions to achieve objectives defined
  • CONQ per unit (Cost Of Non Quality) reduction to achieve objective defined
  • APSYS score objective for Industrial Quality requirements (Q09 to Q13 items)
  • Training & Qualification objectives

Educational Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in engineering (electromechanical, electrical, material, mechanical…) or equivalent
  • Special Process Qualification minimum at Level 1 according to Quality Academy criteria’s
  • Experience in managing Quality tools (Problem solving, Lean Six Sigma, …)
  • Railway experience is a plus

Eperience:

  • Processes knowledge on Quality and at industrial level
  • Management experience
  • Min 5 years industrial experience

Competencies & Skills:

  • Rigor & communication
  • International mindset & Fluent in English
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization and resistance to pressure (Production & Delivery)
  • Knowledge of Quality standard (ISO9001, IRIS, CMMI, …) and Quality tools
