Under the responsible Supervisor, the position holder will:

  • Develop and revise courseware material of high quality, following departmental procedures and initiatives, in compliance with the technical specifications of the contract(s), in a timely manner according to the training schedule(s).
  • Successfully deliver training to customers, in compliance with the technical specifications of the contract(s), in a timely manner according to the training schedule(s).
  • Supervise and evaluate training given by the suppliers.
  • The position holder must always keep customer satisfaction in mind, and therefore must demonstrate flexibility and judgment in situations which may arise with the client and the client’s employees.


Education - Qualification as technician in mechanical and or electrical engineering, or equivalent.

Experience - 5 to 7 years

Language - English

Computing Knowledge - Microsoft Office, Powerpoint

Other Qualifications - Technical educational backgroung and workshop practice are assets; strong communication skills, availability for short-term trips (North Amercai and International, and considerable flexibility to work around customer schedules.

Travel - valid passport
