  • Validate the accuracy and consistency of transit system operational and power system modelling parameters.
  • Maintain Databooks consisting of all inputs parameters.
  • Ensure coherence of the simulation input data and the verification of the output results.
  • Use calculation and data management tools to translate simulation outputs into a comprehensbile means for reporting.
  • Help assess the compatibility between the performances of the system offered and its operational goals.
  • Ensure that the subsystems functional specifications include the necessary elements to achieve the system performance.
  • Support in developing attractive and comprehensible technical documents to obtain the customer’s understanding and confidence.
  • Manipulate data from internal customers to a simulation standardized format.

  • Be open to innovative engineering, new equipment, methods, tools.
  • Listen openly and regularly to the Project's needs.
  • Fair knowledge of the subsystems included in a Transport System and understand the consequences of the operations and maintenance constraints on the system design.
  • Understand the principles and outputs of the simulations (Train Performance, Operation Simulation, Power Supply Simulation, Fleet dimensioning, Signaling,…), and draw the consequences on the system design.
