Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain and material planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless material flow and supply chain efficiency. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Procurement, Industrial, Logistics, and Quality Assurance), create and coordinate delivery schedules, monitor KPIs, manage supplier performance, and track material consumption for compliance with the material standard (PBOM) to ensure quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) commitments are met.

You’ll specifically take care of project-specific product deliveries and material management, but also coordinate KPIs, supplier performance, and risk mitigation strategies.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Organizing and maintaining regular reviews with suppliers to track on-time delivery and address discrepancies.

  • Monitoring supplier performance KPIs, including OTIF (On-Time In-Full), and contributing to supply chain objectives by ensuring material planning and ERP settings are aligned.

  • Identifying priorities associated with risk/impact anticipation and setting up recovery actions.

  • Analyzing and managing MRP exception messages, anticipating supply problems (e.g., backlogs, shortages, no demand), and maintaining delivery dates in ERP.

  • Resolving goods receipt issues, including overstock, shortages, damages, documentation errors, quantity mismatches, and invoice discrepancies.

  • Collaborating with Material Planning Management/SDPM to validate underperforming suppliers and define appropriate action plans.

  • Contributing (when involved) to supplier capacity assessments.

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Certification/Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, PMP, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience in material planning, inventory control, or supply chain processes.

  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and supply chain software.

  • Familiarity with stock control and delivery scheduling.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, along with strong Excel knowledge.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • A continuous improvement mindset and a willingness to learn.
