Could you be the full-time Train System Engineer in Kirovohrad Oblast we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your train engineering expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the technical performance and quality of our train systems. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Certification, Safety, and Customer Support), define technical requirements, develop system architectures, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of defining and validating operational analyses with customers, as well as overseeing the train integration and tuning phases, but also support project engineering managers in risk mitigation and improvement proposals.
We’ll look to you for:

Defining and allocating technical requirements to subsystems

Ensuring the quality, consistency, and compatibility of all subsystem specifications

Acting as the technical interface with customers to support project managers

Making architectural decisions to achieve optimal train-level performance

Defining and performing train verification strategies

Providing technical support during the train revenue service phase

Degree in Engineering or a related field

Experience of 5+ years in train engineering

Experience in train development projects (e.g., as TPM, TSE, or SE) for at least three projects

Proficiency in technical requirement development and system architecture

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Experience of 5+ years in team management

Knowledge of train validation and verification (V&V) activities
