Could you be the full-time onsite Train Manager in Kirovohrad we’re looking for?


Your future role

 

"Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and dynamic teammates.
You'll play a critical role in ensuring the success and safety of train testing operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Test Managers, Railway Test Centres, and on-board actors), coordinate test implementations, and oversee safety protocols and train configuration management, and much more."

 

 We’ll look to you for:

  • Checking the ability of the train and its environment to complete the test 
  • Producing failure reports to the Tests Manager 
  • Giving instructions to the driver 
  • Being responsible for the overall safety of the test (EHS) and ensuring all on-board personnel are aware of EHS rules 
  • Managing the First Aid Box and knowing the alert channels in case of an accident 
  • Operationally coordinating all the on-board actors 
  • Tracking and checking train configuration changes and assessing train fitness for planned activities with support from the back office 
  • Producing the test book (test events chronology) 
  • Ensuring the proper management of the test train set’s configuration 
  • Authorizing or restricting access on board and ensuring the safety and compliance of all test participants"

  • Attention to detail to ensure compliance with safety rules and accurate reporting
