Could you be the full-time Test Engineer in Kirovohrad Oblast we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our testing processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, operations, and project management), develop tools for testing, and ensure compliance with safety standards, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of preparing and executing tests, but also analyzing results and reporting findings.
We’ll look to you for:

Preparing the execution and necessary setup of the tests you are responsible for

Participating in the design and development of tools necessary for performing tests

Implementing, verifying (functional), and ensuring compliance (calibration) of measuring equipment

Preparing equipment for testing and validating configurations
-
Respecting EHS rules, notably implementing LockOut-TagOut instructions
-
Supervising and/or executing test activities and analyzing test results in real-time

Writing static and dynamic test reports and opening test problem reports

Supporting configuration readiness for functional test means when applicable

Degree in engineering or a related field

Experience of 5+ years in train engineering

Experience in train development projects (e.g., TPM, TSE, or SE roles) for at least three projects

Strong team management experience (5+ years)

Knowledge of testing processes and tools

Understanding of safety and compliance standards

Analytical skills for data analysis and problem-solving
