Could you be the full-time Product Introduction Storekeeper in Kirovohrad Oblast we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your logistics and organizational expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our product introduction processes, helping to optimize and streamline logistics to support our goals. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as the PI Logistic Leader and PI Customer Site Manager), manage the reception, storage, and dispatch of parts and tools, and ensure compliance with environmental health and safety standards, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of organizing and optimizing transportation of parts and tools, but also maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting supplier follow-ups and claims.
We’ll look to you for:

Applying relevant processes for reception, storage, expedition, and refill of parts and tools in accordance with PI best practices

Kitting (if applicable) and dispatching of parts and tools for PI activities
-
Organizing and optimizing transportation of parts and tools
-
Populating the appropriate database and reporting relevant information to the PI Logistic Leader and PI Customer Site Manager

Performing physical inventory on a yearly basis

Managing and controlling the validity and certification of relevant tools and materials

Contributing to internal and external supplier follow-ups and claims in collaboration with the PI Support Manager

Ensuring Quality and Environment Health & Safety (EHS) documents, such as conformity certificates, are collected, stored, and updated according to ISO rules

Respecting EHS rules and any work-related processes

Reporting local consignment/warranty stock availability to the Project Product Introduction Manager (PrPIM) and maintaining stock
