Could you be the full-time Product Introduction Customer Site Manager in Kirovohrad Oblast we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your customer relationship management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in enhancing customer experience and satisfaction. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, such as Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain, manage end-to-end customer relationships, and ensure seamless order-to-cash processes, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of delivering the commercial plan for Parts, Repairs, and Overhaul, but also address customer inquiries and critical situations effectively.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Improving customer experience and satisfaction

  • Delivering the commercial plan for Parts, Repairs, and Overhaul

  • Managing end-to-end customer relationships from opportunity identification to payment

  • Handling master data, quotations, and sales orders

  • Addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and critical situations

  • Leading small teams and coordinating cross-functional activities


All about you

  • Experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Operations, or Supply Chain in an industrial/railway environment

  • Understanding of ERP systems (SAP GSI strongly preferred)

  • Experience managing B2B customers and order-to-cash processes

  • Ability to manage customer inquiries, complaints, and critical situations

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management (internal & external)

  • Pricing, quotation, and commercial acumen

  • Analytical and reporting capabilities

  • Ability to lead small teams and coordinate cross-functional activities
