Could you be the full-time EHS Manager in Kirovohrad Oblast we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your environmental, health, and safety expertise in a dynamic and innovative field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in driving the implementation of our EHS policy on the field, ensuring compliance with Alstom’s guidelines and targets, and improving EHS performance at the site. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including operational management and EHS teams, to implement strategies and ensure compliance with safety standards, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of preparing and maintaining emergency plans at the site level, as well as overseeing sub-contractor activities to ensure safety and environmental compliance, but also monitor and develop EHS culture within the site.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Supporting site management in achieving EHS performance goals

  • Preparing and deploying the local yearly EHS plan

  • Ensuring EHS risk assessments are conducted and control measures are implemented

  • Leading the EHS function at the site and coaching EHS teams

  • Maintaining compliance with statutory, regulatory, contractual, and company requirements

  • Developing and implementing EHS training and communication plans


All about you

  • Degree in a relevant field such as Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related disciplines

  • Professional experience between 5 and 8 years, with at least 3 years in Environment, Health & Safety

  • Experience in manufacturing sites is highly recommended

  • Good knowledge and understanding of ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards

  • Deep knowledge of local legal requirements

  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
