Could you be the full-time Tender Installation  Manager in Katowice we’re looking for?

 

 

Your future role

Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, providing the best strategy, quotation, and documentation for the Mainline and Urban (M&U) Signaling Installation package during tender phase, in close cooperation with the Bid Team, in compliance with M&U Signaling strategies

 You’ll ensuring the application of EHS policies, local regulations, and professional standards

You’ll specifically take care in compliance to EHS (Zero Deviation) and Regulatory, oversees the preparation of the Installation package during tender phase in coordination with Bid team and Installation department, including:

 

We’ll look to you for:

 

  • Prepare the overall Installation strategy to apply taking in consideration Customer requirements, local constraints, Installation department business strategies (make or buy), planning and execution targets
  • Prepare the quotation of the installation scope related to the Installation strategy
  • Coordinate the IE teams and provide necessary Installation Tender documentation
  • Analyse Installation partner / subcontractor offer and participate to Installation partner / subcontractor negotiation
  • Assist and get the validation of the Installation quotation (QCD) from the Regional Centre Installation Manager, tracking all assumptions and risks for project execution
  • Support Sourcing Quality during assessment of partner / subcontractor if required
  • Ensure compliance of Installation activities with D&IS Installation and FO Process

  • Degree in engineering
  • Basic experience on railway site management
  • Cost and planning control experience in site management scope
  • Knowledge of EHS principles
  • Knowledge of Sig railway products (Urban, Mainline, F&M) specs and methods
  • Analytical thinking, solution focus and resilience
  • Ability to adapt, influence and negotiate
  • Familiarity with design-build complex projects, tendering, engineering, sourcing, supply chain, and quality processes.
