Your future role:

 

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Patryk (Interco Bid & Project  Manager in Katowice) and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.


You'll be responsible for preparing  offers, supporting, coordinating and managing projects to deliver offered products according to customer requirements and expectations while maintaining ALSTOM standards. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with all main departments in the company (Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Supply Chain, etc.) - to find the optimal way to win the order and/or support and coordinate the projects or ongoing orders.


You’ll also engage in leading major pursuits in the rail industry and understand market channels to strengthen our team and have the ambition to build the next phase of our business.
You’ll specifically take care of customer relationship management as the key to having substantial stakeholder management experience to develop strong relationships with both internal and external customers.

 

 

We’ll look to you for:

 

  • Providing commercial  and technical support in sales, bid, and project execution processing 
  • Managing projects and dealing with internal and external sub-system interfaces, reaching the performance required
  • Supporting specific customers in areas such as problem-solving, alternatives, and recommendations.
  • Managing ad hoc inquiries regarding products offered
  • Coordinating with the core bidding and project team and integration of the ALSTOM solution into the project.  Running all necessary meetings to ensure the Bid and Project Strategy is understood by all stakeholders, managing the bid and project schedule, budget, and progress, reporting to management, overseeing the production of cost benchmarks and managing cost optimization phases
  • Manage the technical scope of bids ensuring the delivery of an accurate and competitive proposal in line with the standard solution and commercial strategy.
  • Interfacing with internal departments, suppliers and customers
  • Manage ad hoc technical queries on the products offered
  • Leading and coordinating project activities transfer to close-out
  • Defining project strategy in line with contract requirements, including PMP elaboration and objectives allocation to Sub-Systems (planning, cost, quality, performance)
  • Managing customer and external stakeholders’ relationship
  • Plan, monitor, control and manage end-to-end activities (scope, schedule, resources, cost, risks, saving, opportunities)
  • Cascade and allocate  requirements and QCDP objectives to  team members
  • Implement and execute the scope of work according to the respective Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), as defined at Project level at the beginning of the project
