Your future role

You’ll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and collaborative teammates. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Alstom by attracting top talent and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including senior management, HR teams, and our diverse workforce), act as a trusted advisor on recruitment matters, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of managing the end-to-end recruitment process, but also developing innovative sourcing strategies to meet current and future business needs.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Managing the full-cycle talent acquisition process, including setting recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and managing offer negotiations

  • Collaborating with HRBP and functional leaders to understand and address business needs

  • Providing expert advice and guidance to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process

  • Developing creative sourcing strategies using tools such as referral programs, university partnerships, and employer branding initiatives

  • Building proactive talent pipelines to ensure a diverse pool of top industry talent and experimenting with new methodologies and tools to continuously improve recruitment outcomes

  • University degree in HR/Business or a related field

  • Previous experience in technical recruitment

  • Direct sourcing skills, such as proficiency in Boolean search methodologies

  • Advanced proficiency in English and Polish

  • Strong relationship management skills and the ability to engage with hiring managers at all levels

  • Resilience, adaptability, attention to detail and a results-driven mindset

  • Excellent time management skills and a naturally proactive, positive attitude
