Could you be the full-time hybrid System Test Engineer in Katowice, PL we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

 

Take on a new challenge and apply your seasoned industrial testing expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Piotr (Regional Center Industrialization Manager) and work in a creative and cohesive team. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You'll contribute significantly to the efficiency and effectiveness of our industrial test processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, manufacturing, quality control), ensure the application of testing standards, maintenance of test equipment, and much more.

 

We’ll look to you for:

 

  • Contributing to Hardware test specification and FAT Software defined by engineering,
  • Guaranteeing the application of industrial testing standards (DFT rules, standard test platform usage, maintenance rules) during product development,
  • Developing, deploying, validating and maintaining test bench, fixtures, test sequence, programming tools, burn-in means, operating manual,
  • Managing testing means, development or upgrading, including configuration management and related verification according to QCD targets,
  • Managing maintenance and calibration of active tools/test fixtures (internal, external),
  • Ensuring support to manufacturing related to industrial test means: deployment, upgrading, follow-up, reporting, maintenance, debugging, expertise, and continuous improvement,
  • Training the workers and EPU managers during design and industrialization phase,
  • Investigating root causes in case of non-conformity or incident, and implement corrective solutions

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field,
  • Experience or understanding of industrial test processes in the electronics domain,
  • Knowledge of test principles and methods, including testability, test coverage, and test tool capacity,
  • Knowledge and commercial experience with C#/.NET or C/C++ LabView, PLC programming
  • Excellent communication skills,
  • Operational effectiveness and openness to learning new things,
  • English at B2+, both written and spoken,
  • Familiarity with test tools and means such as CEETIS and WEETECH is an advantage
