Your mission?
As a System Engineer you are going to be part of development and maintenance of industrial real-time embedded computer systems for rail wayside and onboard with highest fail-safe requirements & reliability within a harsh operational environment.
Your profile?
You are result and data driven and enjoy working in network. You are comfortable in an international and multi-cultural environment and on-time delivery for you is trouble-free.
Your key responsibilities?
- System Design and Change Management over product’s life cycle
- Requirement Management
- Product documentation maintenance
- Cooperate with external suppliers and technical provider
- Troubleshooting issues with Linux operation system
- Failure root causes analysis
- Take an active part in integration projects, working on hardware and operating systems compatibilities
Minimum qualifications:
- Master of Science in Electrical Engineering/Electronics or Computer Science
- Minimum 5 years of experience as System Engineer or in a similar role
- Knowledge on PC architecture, networking, cyber security, electronic
- Administration of operating systems (Linux/Unix/ FreeBSD)
- Advanced knowledge of English and Polish
Ideally:
- Requirements management
- Commercial experience in product integration, development or maintenance
- Development of products in harsh environments (experience in similar industrial area like aerospace, military, automotive…)
- C programming and/or scripting language (e.g. Python)
- Linux Kernel programming
