Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your Quality & Continuous Improvement expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll drive supplier quality excellence by ensuring Non-Conformity Report management and improving supplier performance for a precise scope of suppliers and projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Procurement, Supplier Quality Assurance, and Incoming Inspection), perform inspections for low-critical parts, manage incoming inspection activities, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:

Applying and deploying the Serial Supplier Quality Assurance policy in collaboration with Procurement

Managing Non-Conformity Reports and ensuring timely resolution

Overseeing Supplier performance after product validation, including First Article Inspection (FAI) + 3 deliveries
-
Performing inspections for low-critical parts to ensure compliance with quality standards

Managing Quality performance of assigned Suppliers and driving continuous improvement

Leading Incoming Inspection activities when appointed as the SQ inspection leader for the given site

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on quality objectives

Analyzing quality data to identify trends and implement preventive measures

Supporting suppliers in identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions

Contributing to the development and enhancement of quality processes and policies

Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field

Experience or understanding of supplier quality assurance processes, including Non-Conformity Report (NCR) management and First Article Inspection (FAI)

Knowledge of quality standards and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001 or equivalent)

Familiarity with supplier performance management and continuous improvement practices

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Analytical and problem-solving mindset

Attention to detail and ability to perform inspections for low-critical parts

Proficiency in using quality management tools and systems

Resilience and adaptability to manage multiple suppliers/projects
