Location: Katowice / Poland


Purpose of the job is to take part in projects of development and maintenance wayside products. Most of the tasks will be focused in area of train signalling detection systems




  • Design, implementation and verification of Hardware for different systems and platforms;
  • Implementation of the BT\Alstom\ZWUS RM global processes;
  • Maintenance of traceability from system requirements SRS to supplier/subsystems requirements SSRS and the evidences of requirements fulfilment;
  • Making sure Project Testers and Engineers are making the links for which they are responsible;
  • Making sure Product Owners are managing gaps in the requirements, fill in necessary information and make links as required;
  • Collaboration with change and configuration management (CCB) to make sure specifications, and changes to requirements are controlled;
  • Collaboration with Contracts & Legal/PM to make sure the set of source requirements in DOORS is complete and up-to-date;
  • Preparation of a project-level RM Plan (layout) for all projects and bids according to the product family or region to which you are assigned
  • Supporting import of documents with requirements, test specifications, test results, reviews, etc. from various sources and formats (mostly not consistent);
  • Support of reporting and publishing content from DOORS formal modules to standard office formats.      



  • Master’s degree;
  • At least 3 years of experience on similar position within the area of change and data management;
  • Familiarity with Rationale (IBM), Lotus Notes, Doors would be beneficial;
  • Fluency in English and Polish;
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills;
