Could you be the full-time Software Designer C/C++ in Katowice we’re looking for?




Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your software engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Marcin (Engineering Domain/Metier Group Manager based in Katowice), and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.

You'll positively impact rail control solutions and onboard software systems. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, taking care of everything design, development, maintenance, testing, and evaluation of software using C/C++, and much more.


You’ll specifically offer support to your colleagues with Control Build design and integration activities.


We’ll look to you for:


  • Contributing to the elaboration of the software specification & architecture, in collaboration with the software architect
  • Developing software components
  • Performing the software components detailed design & coding
  • Setting up the software development tool chain
  • Specify, design, prepare and perform tests and verifications of his / her deliverables
  • Putting software work products under configuration management
  • Supporting software / software integration, together with the other software designers
  • Supporting hardware / software integration, together with the hardware designers
  • Essentials: knowledge and experience in complex software & hardware architectures , associated tools (GIT, SVN, JIRA, DOORS) C/C++ testing embedded experience.
