Could you be the full-time Signalling Business Development Manager in Katowice, we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field.
You'll building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with Customer Director in implementing the sales strategy and execution of projects. You’ll identify emerging markets, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of achieving growth and sales targets.
We’ll look to you for:
- Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Presenting annual and periodic sales and margins reports
- Preparing annual sales forecasts and commercial budget
- Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Adopting standard company processes and rules for tenders and securing contract in coordination with Platforms and métiers

- A degree or equivalent in engineering
- Very strong and relevant previous experience in railway industry preferably in a signaling systems sales position
- Extensive experience working in cross-functional teams
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment
- Familiarity with delivering large complex rail systems and engineering schemes
- Understanding system engineering processes
- Flair for delivery management and programme control
- Passion and enthusiasm for how engineering works with other disciplines
- Enthusiasm and awareness of risks
- Delegation skills and ability to manage tricky situations
- Ability to build genuine relationships with colleagues as well as customers
- English and Polish business fluent
- Driver's license
