Could you be the full-time Services Training Engineer in Katowice we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including transferring of Rail Control Solutions & Systems’ knowledge to the client and preparation of materials and training classes at the client's location or online. You’ll also be involved in Continuous Improvement based on Alstom needs.
We’ll look to you for:
- Taking care of training models, updating them to requirements
- Organizing your own training trips in the country
- Communication with Customer
- Participating in R&D meetings
- Training scope: railway control device, traffic management systems (hardware, software)
- Conducting training related to operation, maintenance and support for traffic dispatcher during the launch of station

- Degree in engineering recommended
- Readiness for weekly training trips throughout Poland and Europe, and occasionally other region of the world
- Fluent communication in English and Polish (trainings' scope)
- Quick self-learner, independent, adaptable and reliable
- MS Office package
- Driving licence category B
- Experience and understanding the field of railway traffic control – an additional advantage
