Your future role:
We’ll look to you for:

Providing technical support and troubleshooting for service activities,

Developing technical concepts and customer-focused solutions,
-
Supporting maintenance and field engineering operations,
-
Collaborating with project, quality, and customer teams,
-
Preparing technical documentation and service reports,
-
Driving continuous improvement and service performance,
-
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and support.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, Automation, or a related field, or equivalent experience,

3+ years of experience in service engineering, maintenance, technical support, or a similar role,

Experience or understanding of Field Engineering and Service Operations,
-
Ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues,
-
Experience in developing technical concepts and customer-oriented solutions,
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
-
Good communication and stakeholder management skills,
-
Fluent in English,
- Fluent in Polish,
-
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams,
-
Willingness to travel occasionally to support customers and projects.
