Could you be the full-time Customer Service Project Specialist in Katowice we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

 

You'll be the person the team turns to for momentum and to push service projects forward. No two days are the same, but day-to-day, you’ll supporting team with dealing with orders or contracts, enable those around you to excel, and much more.

 

You’ll specifically take care of delivering multiple service projects, making sure they align with contractual requirements and client expectations. 

 

We’ll look to you for:

 

  • Supporting department in the process of realization of orders/contracts
  • Performing current administrative work
  • Providing correspondence with partners/clients
  • Supporting coordination of contracts and execution
  • Preparation of documentation for the clients;

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree and passion for project management
  • Ability to gain and apply insight from every project

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Adaptability and effective time management
  • Detail-oriented
